UPDATE: Ogden police identify 21-year-old killed after crashing vehicle into house

OGDEN — A 21-year-old man died after his car crashed into a home on Monroe Boulevard, police say. 

Weber County emergency dispatchers received a call about a vehicle crashing into a house at about 1:14 p.m. Monday, June 19, at 543 S. Monroe Blvd.

Ogden Police Department Lt. Chad Ledford confirmed the vehicle’s 21-year-old driver died in the crash. The man’s car crashed into the corner of the home after driving off the road where it curves, but Ledford did not have further details about what happened. 

Officials are not yet releasing the man’s name pending notification of family.
